Aaliyah

Aaliyah

Aaliyah Dana Haughton, known mononymously as Aaliyah, was an American R&B singer, actress, and model. She became a defining voice of '90s R&B with her smooth vocals, futuristic production, and effortless style. Her debut album Age Ain’t Nothing but a Number introduced her as a prodigy in the genre.

With later projects like One in a Million and her self-titled album Aaliyah, she helped redefine R&B and paved the way for a new wave of artists. Her work with producers Timbaland and Missy Elliott set a new standard for sound and creativity. Though her life was tragically cut short in 2001, her legacy remains deeply influential.
